Welcome to SunCatcher of SGI! After years of visits to St George Island and dreaming of owning an island home it has finally happened: We are pleased to announce that we have purchased a lovely house we can call our own and are so excited to now share our happy place with you! SunCatcher is now available for your vacation rental!
SunCatcher of SGI is a 2 story, 3 bedroom/2 bath house located one block from the beach. Fully renovated in 2014, it has charm and comfort to spare including a newly built master suite upstairs with striking views of the Gulf. New windows and roof, new tile flooring in living areas with new carpeting in bedrooms sealed the deal for us! We have added a few 'Seymour touches' since our purchase to make if feel like home which include new living room furnishings, new paint and updated decor throughout, along with kitchen and bath updates. We will continue to change in the coming months and hope you join us in our new adventure! We know so many of our family and friends love to travel and relax on warm sunny beaches; SunCatcher of SGI may just be the spot for your next vacation destination. We truly hope you consider renting our home as you explore the Forgotten Coast!
Everyone who knows us, knows how crazy we are about this island. St George Island is a 26 mile long barrier island located in the middle of the Florida panhandle. Miles of natural white sand beaches populated by sea wildlife, sea oats and dunes are open for exploring. Sunrises, sunsets, beach combing and lazy barefoot days replace the stresses of everyday life. Shopping, eating, and entertainments are available on island as well as in nearby Apalachicola. Feel free to ask us more as we love to share our local 'finds' with others!
